What if someone posts something inappropriate?
Professional tier includes AI moderation that screens every message, photo, and video before it hits the screen — powered by OpenAI's moderation API. You can set 5 sensitivity levels. Professional also includes a manual approval queue: turn it on and every submission waits for your one-tap approval before it appears. On any plan you can remove a post from the display instantly.
Can I customize the look to match my event?
Yes! Premium unlocks the Elegant and Memorial display themes, and Professional adds the Keynote theme with a live animated backdrop, custom branded background images, and your logo embedded inside the QR code itself — on the wall, the printed poster, and downloads — and the page guests land on after scanning carries your logo too. Every plan lets you switch between the Slideshow and Grid views, and paid plans add the TV view.
How many people can participate at once?

Turn it on and guests are asked for an email or phone number before their first post (one field, shown once per phone, with a clear notice that you'll receive their details). Every photo and message is linked to who sent it, and you can download the full attendee list as a CSV from your gallery or the ZIP export.
