- How much does QR Wall cost?
- Free is $0 with no time limit. Premium is $10.99 a month and Professional is $19.99 a month, with the first month of Professional at $11.99. Both paid plans bill monthly, with no contract and no setup fee, and you can cancel any time.
- I only have one event. Which plan do I need?
- Most single events use Premium for the month of the event: every post stays on screen, guests get a gallery link, and you download everything afterwards. Cancel after the event and the plan keeps running until the end of the month you paid for. If the screen is public or the event is for an organisation, choose Professional for AI moderation and the approval queue.
- Is there a free trial?
- The Free plan is the trial, and it doesn't expire. It runs a real live wall with no credit card: 5 posts on screen at a time, and the first 30 posts a wall receives are kept. Later posts reach the wall blurred until you upgrade.
- Which plan lets me control what appears on the screen?
- Premium lets you remove any post from the wall in one tap. Professional adds AI moderation, which checks every message, photo and video frame before it reaches the screen at one of five strictness levels, and an approval queue where nothing appears until you tap yes. The Free plan cannot remove individual posts.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free. Your walls keep working with the Free limits. Download your photos before the period ends; downloads are a Premium feature.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account at any time. Changes apply straight away and Stripe prorates the difference, so you never pay twice for the same days.
- How do I pay?
- By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; Stripe may show the amount in your local currency at checkout.
- Are there any hidden fees?
- No. There are no setup fees, no per-guest fees and no cancellation fees. The price on this page is the price you pay.
- What if hundreds of guests post at once?
- A wall receiving photos from a couple of hundred guests needs nothing special. Above roughly 200 guests posting at once, add the Event Performance Boost ($29.00 one-off, on top of Professional): for the days around your event we reserve extra capacity, check your setup beforehand and put your messages first in the support queue.
- Do you have plans for organisations or multi-site events?
- Yes. QR Wall Enterprise shows one wall at any number of locations at once, with invoice billing, a dedicated contact for setup and the day itself, and infrastructure scaled for the event. Email [email protected] with the size and dates for a quote.
