Recommended for events with 200+ guests sharing at once. The Event Performance Boost is a one-off $29 charge, not a recurring one. For the days around your event QR Wall reserves extra server capacity, runs a pre-event check of your walls, QR codes, themes and moderation settings, and moves your messages to the front of the support queue. It covers every wall on your account for that window.

Enterprise
QR Wall Enterprise is a sales-assisted plan for organizations running org-wide or multi-site events — one wall displayed simultaneously at any number of locations, with invoice billing (no credit card required), a dedicated human contact for setup and event day, and infrastructure scaled for your event. Pricing is quoted per event or per year based on organization size.
Every Professional feature is included: AI moderation, custom branding, unlimited submissions, and full content downloads.

Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any adjustments.
Is there a free trial?
Our Free tier is available indefinitely—no credit card required. It's perfect for testing QR Wall before upgrading to a paid plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no setup fees, cancellation fees, or hidden charges.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. Your account will remain active until the end of your billing period, then downgrade to the Free tier. You can download your content before canceling.
Do you offer discounts for annual payments?

What happens if hundreds of guests scan the QR code at once?
Normal events are handled on the standard infrastructure — a wall receiving photos from up to a couple of hundred guests needs nothing special. Above roughly 200 guests sharing at once, you can add the Event Performance Boost ($29 one-off, on top of a Professional plan): for the days around your event we reserve extra server capacity, run a pre-event check of your setup, and put your messages first in the support queue. For org-wide or multi-site events at larger scale, Enterprise includes infrastructure scaled for your day.

Yes. QR Wall Enterprise covers organization-wide events across any number of locations — the same wall and QR code can be displayed at every site simultaneously.
