Free for student organizations
Your campus event. Their best photos.
From orientation to graduation, students share photos and messages from their phones and they land on the screen live. Made for Greek life, club fairs, hackathons and campus-wide events.
Free to start. No card, no commitment.
- No budget, no purchase order
- The free tier runs a real campus event: a QR code, a live wall on any screen, both views. Nothing to expense and nobody to ask.
- No app for 2,000 people to install
- Camera, code, tap. Freshers who arrived on Monday post as easily as the exec board.
- Safe enough for an official event
- AI moderation on Professional screens text and photos; the approval queue on paid plans holds everything for a one-tap yes.
A campus event wall is a live screen at a student event that everyone in the room posts to from their phones. Students scan a QR code from a flyer, a projector or a GroupMe link, and their photos and messages appear on the screen within about a second. There is no app to download and no account to create, which is what makes it work at a club fair where nobody stands still for more than thirty seconds.
For an official university event, moderation matters more than anything else on this page: manual approval on a paid plan holds every post for a one-tap yes, and AI moderation on Professional screens text and images automatically before they reach the queue.
How it works on campus
No budget approval needed. No IT requests. Just sign up and go.
-
STEP 1
Create your event
Sign up free, name your wall, get a QR code. Print it on flyers, project it on screen, or share it in your GroupMe.
-
STEP 2
Students scan and share
Everyone points their camera at the QR code. No app, no login, no friction. Photos and messages flow in instantly.
-
STEP 3
Display live
Project the live wall on any screen — a lecture hall TV, a stadium display, or a laptop. Submissions appear in real time.
Built for campus life
Whether it's 20 people or 2,000 — the wall scales to the event.
Greek life and formals
Mixers, formals and philanthropy events. Members post as the night happens, and the chapter keeps every photo instead of chasing them in a group chat the next week.
Orientation and homecoming
Thousands of people, one screen. AI moderation on Professional keeps the content appropriate for an official university event, and the approval queue gives a staff member the final say.
Club fairs and hackathons
Club fairs, cultural celebrations, hackathon demo hours and org meetups. Zero budget, and the wall is the thing that makes people stop at the table.
The same wall, in Grid
Everything on screen at once — the view for a busy room where people want to spot their own post.
Grid fills the screen with every recent post, which is what a club fair or a lobby display wants. Slideshow gives each photo its moment for a formal or an awards night. Switch between them from the dashboard during the event; nobody rescans.
Classic look · Included with every plan

Questions student orgs ask
What usually comes up before a wall goes on the screen at a campus event.
- Is it really free for a student organization?
- Yes. The free tier has no time limit and no card: a QR code, a live wall on any screen, and both views. Five posts stay on the screen at a time, rotating as new ones arrive, which is fine for most org events. Bigger nights are usually worth one month of Premium.
- How do we keep it appropriate at an official university event?
- Turn on manual approval on a paid plan and every post waits for a one-tap yes from whoever is running the screen. Professional adds AI moderation that screens text and photos automatically, with five sensitivity levels. On any plan you can pull a post off the screen instantly.
- What do we display it on?
- Anything with a browser: a lecture hall projector, a lounge TV, a laptop over HDMI, or a stadium display. On a smart TV you can skip the laptop — open qrwall.live/tv on the TV and scan the pairing code with your phone.
- Will it hold up at an event with a thousand students?
- Yes. Posts arrive over a WebSocket rather than polling, so the screen keeps up regardless of how many people send at once, and students post over their own mobile data rather than campus Wi-Fi.
- Can we keep the photos for the org afterwards?
- On Premium ($10.99 for the month) and Professional you download every photo and message as one archive and get a shareable gallery link — which is how most chapters build the recruitment deck for next year.
- Can students post anonymously?
- Yes, by default a post does not need a name. If you would rather know who sent what, Professional adds attendee contact capture, which asks for an email or phone once per phone and tells the student clearly that you will receive it.
