For nonprofits and charities

Your supporters' own photos, collected while the event is still on.

Volunteers, donors and the community scan a code on the screen and post photos and messages that appear live. You leave with the stories your newsletter and annual report need, with permission already given. Registered nonprofits get Professional for $6.99 the first month.

$6.99 first month for registered nonprofits
Enter your registration number once after signing in and Professional costs $6.99 for the first month, then $19.99/month.
Permission asked before the post
On Professional, a consent step asks each supporter whether their post can go on the screen and on your social media, and the gallery filters by it.
Nothing reaches the screen unreviewed
AI moderation and the approval queue on Professional mean a volunteer's phone decides what shows, which matters with children or vulnerable people in the room.

A nonprofit photo wall is a live display at a charity's event — a volunteer day, an awareness campaign, a donor thank-you, a community open day or a fundraiser — that supporters post photos and messages to by scanning a QR code on the screen. Posts appear within about a second, and afterwards the organisation downloads all of them: real supporter photos and words for newsletters, social media, grant reports and the annual report.

Registered nonprofits and charities get QR Wall Professional for $6.99 for the first month, then $19.99 per month. Professional adds the pieces a charity needs when the public posts to its screen: AI moderation, an approval queue, a consent step for screen and social media use, and optional contact capture so new supporters can stay in touch.

From sign-in to supporter stories

Set it up once and reuse it for every event in the year.

  1. STEP 1

Sign in and claim the nonprofit price

Create an account, open Claim nonprofit pricing and enter your organisation's registration number. The price applies straight away.

  2. STEP 2

Put the wall on the screen

Name the wall after the event, open the display link on the hall screen or projector, and the QR code shows on the wall itself.

  3. STEP 3

    Download the stories

After the event, download every photo and message — with each supporter's consent answer — for the newsletter, the funder report and next year's campaign.

The events a charity runs all year

One plan, every gathering — not just the gala.

Volunteer days

Teams post photos as they work — the beach clean, the food bank shift, the tree planting — and the screen at base camp shows the day building up. You leave with the volunteer-recruitment photos for next year.

Awareness campaigns and pledge walls

"Why I walk", "One thing I'll change": supporters post their reason or pledge, and the wall becomes the campaign's public face for the week, on a lobby screen or at a stand.

Donor thank-you evenings

Beneficiaries, staff and volunteers post thank-you messages and photos that play on the screen while donors arrive. Stewardship that donors see, rather than read about.

Fundraisers and galas PRO

Table photos and shout-outs between the asks, and sponsor branding behind them. The full gala run of show is on our galas and fundraisers page.

Every event makes the material you're always short of.

A charity needs real supporters' photos and words all year — for the newsletter, the grant report, the social posts, the next campaign. They are always there on the day, on a hundred phones, and almost never reach the office afterwards. Asking by email the following week gets three replies.

A wall collects them while the event is still on, because posting to the big screen is the fun part. On Professional the consent step records, per post, whether it can go on screen and on social media, so the download is something you can actually use. One plan covers the volunteer day, the awareness week and the thank-you evening — at the nonprofit price for the first month.

Nonprofit questions

What charities ask before putting a wall on the screen.

Does QR Wall offer a nonprofit discount?
Yes. Registered nonprofits and charities get Professional for $6.99 for the first month, then $19.99 per month. Sign in, open Claim nonprofit pricing, and enter your organisation's registration number; the price applies straight away.
What counts as a registration number?
Your organisation's official charity or nonprofit registration: an EIN for a US 501(c) organisation, a charity number from the Charity Commission in England and Wales or OSCR in Scotland, an ABN in Australia, or your country's equivalent.
Can we use photos from the wall on social media?
On Professional, turn on the consent step: each supporter says whether their post can go on the screen and, separately, on your social media. The answer is saved with the post, and the gallery can filter to the posts marked OK for social.
Is it safe for events with children or vulnerable people?
On Professional, the approval queue holds every post until a staff member approves it from their phone, and AI moderation screens text, photos and video first. Camera-only mode stops people uploading old photos from their gallery.
Can we use one plan for all our events?
Yes. Professional is a monthly plan for the account, not per event, so the volunteer day, the awareness week and the gala each get their own wall on the same plan.
We're a school, not a charity. Does this apply?
Schools and universities get the same $6.99 first month without a registration number — sign in with your school email address. See education pricing at qrwall.live/education.
