For teams and organizations

Town halls people actually engage with.

Employees scan a QR code and send questions, reactions and feedback from their own phones. It appears on the meeting screen as it arrives — no app, no company login, no IT ticket.

Nothing to install, nothing to provision
It runs in the browser on a personal phone. No MDM, no app store approval, no ticket in the queue two weeks before the all-hands.
The quiet half of the room participates
Questions arrive typed, from a seat, without standing up in front of 400 colleagues. That is a different set of questions than the mic gets.
Remote staff are in the room
The wall is a URL. People at home post to the same screen the office is watching, and everyone sees them land.

A corporate event wall is a live screen at a town hall, all-hands or team event that employees post to from their phones. They scan a QR code on a slide or a lobby screen, send a question, a photo or a shoutout, and it appears on the screen within about a second. There is no app to download and no single sign-on to get through, so people who joined last week can take part as easily as the leadership team.

QR Wall includes a Keynote look for the screen — deep navy with a live animated backdrop — so a wall next to a company deck reads as part of the production rather than as a social feed.

From setup to engagement in minutes

No IT tickets. No software installation. Just open a browser.

  1. STEP 1

    Create your event

Sign up free, name your town hall or team event, get a QR code. Add it to your presentation slides or a lobby screen.

  2. STEP 2

    Employees participate

Everyone scans the QR code from their phone. No app, no company login. They send questions, reactions and photos instantly.

  3. STEP 3

    Display live

Show the live wall alongside your presentation. Leadership sees questions in real time. Employees see that they were read.

Built for the modern workplace

Whether it's 10 people in a room or 1,000 across offices.

Town halls and all-hands

Every employee gets a voice, not just the ones comfortable taking a microphone. Questions can arrive without a name attached, which is usually where the honest ones come from.

Team building and offsites

Company offsites, holiday parties and team celebrations. Photos and messages land on the big screen as the evening happens, and you keep the lot afterwards.

Training and workshops

Keep participants engaged through a long session. Questions go up as they occur to someone rather than waiting for a Q&A slot at the end that always runs out of time.

The same wall, in Grid

Everything on screen at once — the view for a lobby display or the break between sessions.

Grid shows every recent post together, which is what a lobby screen or a coffee break wants. Slideshow gives each question its moment beside the deck. Switch between them from the dashboard mid-event; nobody rescans.

Questions IT and comms ask

What usually needs settling before a wall goes on the all-hands screen.

Do employees need to install anything or log in?
No. They point a phone camera at the QR code and the wall opens in the browser. There is no app, no account and no company sign-on, so it does not need MDM approval or a place in the IT queue.
Can questions be anonymous?
Yes — a post does not require a name unless you turn on attendee contact capture, which is a Professional feature and shows guests a clear notice when it is on. Anonymity is usually the point at a town hall: it changes which questions get asked.
Can we review posts before they appear on the screen?
Yes. The approval queue on Premium and Professional holds every post until a moderator taps yes on their phone. Professional adds AI moderation that screens text and images automatically before anything reaches the queue.
Does it work for remote and hybrid staff?
Yes. The wall is a link, so people working from home post to the same screen the office is watching. It is the cheapest way to make a remote audience visible in the room.
Can we put our own branding on it?
Professional ($19.99 for the month) removes QR Wall branding, allows a custom background, and puts your logo inside the QR code itself — on the screen, on printed signage and on the page employees land on after scanning.
What happens to the content afterwards?
On paid plans you download every photo and message as one archive and get a shareable gallery link. You can delete the wall and everything on it whenever you want.

Ready to transform your next meeting?

Set it up in the minute before the room fills. The first question usually arrives before the first slide.
